Audemars Piguet Expands Dream Team of Golf Ambassadors

The Audemars Piguet family is expanding with the addition of two golf professionals, Branden Grace and Paul Dunne. The AP logo now adorns the right sleeve of their polo shirt, like it does for the other members of the manufacture’s “Dream Team” of golf ambassadors.

A 23 year old from Ireland, Paul Dunne is widely viewed as one of the most exciting young golfers of the upcoming generation. He has captured the hearts and imagination of the golfing world, most notably thanks to his performance last year at the 144th Open Championship in St Andrews where he led after 54 holes. He is the youngest amateur in 88 years to do so. Paul previously played for the University of Alabama in Birmingham, twice earning NCAA All American honors, and was named the 2014 Conference USA Golfer of the year. He turned pro last October with a promising future ahead of him.

Branden Grace was born in South Africa in 1988 but his golfing birth was recorded in 2012, the year he secured his first four European Tour titles, all in one season. In 2015, Branden played for the win in two Majors and illustrated himself as a formidable team player during the Presidents Cup scoring five points out of five. Branden plays on both sides of the Atlantic and claimed his first PGA Tour victory in April 2016, to comfortably sit at the 11th place in the world ranking and earn his spot to represent his country at the Rio Olympics.

Bearing witness to its unfailing attachment to golf, Audemars Piguet has chosen to focus on this passion by effectively building one of the world’s finest team of golfers. Byeong Hun An, Keegan Bradley, Darren Clarke, Victor Dubuisson, Emiliano Grillo, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Renato Paratore, Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Peter Uihlein, Lee Westwood, Bernd Wiesberger and the recently crowned Major Champion Danny Willett, all join Audemars Piguet in welcoming Branden Grace and Paul Dunne inside the Audemars Piguet Dream Team.
